Question: When a dental insurance plan limitation/exclusion has a missing tooth clause this that means?

Reply: Insured’s covered by a dental insurance plan with a missing tooth clause means the dental insurance company will not cover/benefits for the costs of replacing the tooth if the tooth fell out or was extracted before the current dental insurance plan coverage was started
